International Shipping
We will be happy to ship outside the continental USA but please call us at 866-777-7738 (toll free USA ) or 314 726 -1632 (International) for an accurate ship quote.
Shipping Charges/Taxes and International Charges
All surcharges added to a package delivered outside the United States are the sole responsibility of the customer in full.
Shipping Charges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us in the original condition and packaging within 30 days for an exchange or a full refund (less shipping charges). Please call us or email us to receive a return authorization and a warehouse address to send to. If the item is sent back to our corporate office, there may be additional charges to send to our other locations.
If you request expedited shipping such as upgrading to overnight or 2nd day shipping, you are responsibile for these additional charges. In addition, if an exchange has been made, you are responsible for shipping the item back and the return shipping.
Kindly note, personalized items and cut fabric cannot be returned. In addition, special order bedding cannot be returned for a refund. Please see our full refund policy at Return Policy
Estimated Delivery Freight/Truck Delivery
Our Estimated Shipping is around $200 but is strictly an ESTIMATE. California and West Coast deliveries can potentially incur an additional shipping charge of another $75.00. We will contact immediately after you placed the order.
The shipping includes "CURBSIDE" delivery which means that when your items are delivered by the trucking company, your items will be dropped off outside your home. The driver will not bring the items inside your home. Because furniture items must be separated from the pallets and then hand carried into your home, the trucking companies charge us a premium for this service. Curbside service is much less than having the items delivered to inside of your home. A lot of our customers have told us that they would prefer to save a few dollars by bringing the items into their house themselves. The only other restriction is that it is only available on furniture orders (within 48 contiguous states) and the minimum order is $500. Any order that is less than $500 will be charged $200 for the same "curbside" delivery service.
"White Glove" Freight/Truck Delivery
We do offer a "White Glove" service where the product can be delivered inside the home and boxes hauled away. This does NOT include set up of the bed. Please call us if you would like a quote for this service.
Set Up/Assembly
Trucking companies are not responsible for putting items together.
Customers are responsible for setting up items.
Common Carrier
Because we offer a wide variety of furniture and accessories, delivery
may require special care. Most of the smaller items as well as some
larger pieces will be sent UPS/Fed Ex ground or common carrier.
All shipments are fully insured.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect all contents
prior to signing release for the delivery.
If you should receive a piece you believe to be damaged by shipping,
immediately refuse only the damaged item and contact artisticsensations.com
via e-mail (link to email) with the following information: your
name, phone number, tracking/pro number (if available) and the name
of the shipped item. (In some cases, you may be required to provide
documentation of damage with a photo or written statement). This
allows us to help you resolve the problem. ONCE A CUSTOMER SIGNS
FOR THE SHIPMENT, ARTISTICSENSATIONS.COM IS LIMITED IN ITS ABILITY
TO RESOLVE THE SHIPPING CLAIM.
Inspection
When your order is delivered, be sure to inspect it carefully for
damages. In case of delivery via truck line, all damages must be
noted on the freight bill at the time of delivery. IF MOST OF
THE ORDER IS DAMAGED, PLEASE REFUSE THE ENTIRE ORDER. If only
a small part of the order is damaged, items so noted will be replaced
at no charge. Please notify us by phone (866-777-7738) or e-mail
of any damage as soon as possible so we can help you initiate the
replacement process with the manufacturer or the trucking company.
Do not discard the cartons until you know the contents are in good
condition.IMPORTANT : If there is concealed damage to the product
(e.g. cartons look in good condition, but product is damaged inside
box and no damage is reported on freight bill) truck lines will
not give 100% replacement value and artisticsensations.com. cannot
assume the difference. You are responsible for verifying the condition
of your merchandise upon receipt. Please inspect it carefully for
shipping/handling damage prior to signing delivery receipt.
In the case of damage when shipped via UPS, FedEx, or similar ground
service, please respond as follows: If package has obvious damage,
you may refuse delivery. Call us immediately so we can initiate
replacement process. Any damage found after opening your packages
and examining the merchandise should be reported to us within 48
hours to expedite the replacement process. UPS, FEDEX OR SIMILAR
GROUND SERVICES WILL NOT REPLACE ITEMS WHEN AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF
TIME PASSES. (MORE THAN A WEEK)
To protect yourself if you receive damaged merchandise, always keep
the shipping cartons until your claim has been acknowledged and
settled by the shipper. If you accept damaged merchandise, the shipper
has the right to inspect the original shipping cartons before honoring
your claim. Disposing of cartons prior to filing a shipping damage
claim may limit your ability to receive reimbursement or replacement
for those items.
Shipping Dates
The length of time from order to delivery will vary with each product.
Accessories that are in stock will usually ship within 10 days.
Accessories on backorder will ship within 8 weeks. Larger items
in stock will ship within 4 weeks. Depending on destination, delivery
of larger items may be delayed due to travel time. We will send
you an order confirmation with an approximate ship date via email.
These shipping dates are estimates only. However, should there be
a delay beyond the date you have been given, we will send you an
update with the new ship date.
