Eligibility
No purchase necessary. Making a purchase does not increase entrant’s chance of winning. Void where prohibited by law. The contest is open to all residents of the U.S. and U.S. Territories, and Canada ages 14 and older as of date of entry.
How to Enter
Entering simply requires signing up to for the Artistic Sensations mailing list by providing first name, last name and email address on the form provided at www.artisticsensations.com. One entry per entrant. More than one entry from any person or email address will void all entries from that person or e-mail address. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered. Sponsor is not responsible for undelivered, lost, late, misdirected, garbled, stolen, or incomplete entries or for technical problems related to, or limiting the ability of an individual to participate in the offering. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
Prize
Artistic Sensations is giving away a dorm room theme comforter and a matching desk lamp to a very lucky winner.
Drawing
One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all entries received on or before 5:00 PM Central Standard Time on July 31, 2008. The drawing will be conducted by SponsorOdds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The judges' decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the offering. The winner will be notified by email on or about August 1, 2008. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days, an alternate entrant will be selected in his or her place at random from all entries received. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to send a reply email within five (5) business days to artisticsensations.com with his or her full name, mailing address and telephone number. Any party who fails to respond within five (5) business days to the notification of winning forfeits his or her prize. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate entrant will be selected.
Rules
Participants agree to be bound by the rules and decisions of the judges whose decisions are final. One entry per entrant during the offering. The sponsor shall not be responsible for any computer, on-line telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. Contest ends on 5:00 PM on the July 31, 2008. Submission of entry constitutes entrant's consent (or that of their parent or legal guardian) to irrevocably assign to Sponsor any and all rights to entry, including, but not limited to intellectual property rights. Acceptance of a prize constitutes winners' permission to use their name, high school, workplace, city and state for publicity purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. All entrants are bound by rules.
