Return and
Exchange Policies
Cancellations for Accessories, Bedding and Furniture
As soon as you place your order, we begin the procurement process
from your chosen furniture or accessory manufacturer(s). Once the
order is placed, Artisticsensations.com LLC is financially obligated
to purchase the products ordered with each respective manufacturer.
With bedding orders, we begin cutting fabric immediately.
All cancellation and refund requests must be made within 24 hours
of date of order. Requests made beyond the 24 hour time frame will
be assessed a 25% re-stocking fee. The restocking fee includes standard
items in print bedding, curtains, and sleeping bags. Custom duvets
(Animal/Satin), Non Standard Bedding and pillows (customer changes backing, cording or ruffle) and crib sets are not returnable. Please choose carefully. You may also request swatches of the fabrics before you purchase to susan@artisticsensations.com. All other accessories have a 10% restocking fee.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns and exchanges
are gladly accepted within 30 days for unused, unwashed merchandise
still in its original packaging. Borders cannot be returned once
opened. Please hold on to any order documentation to in order to
accelerate the return or exchange. You are responsible for all shipping
charges.
All merchandise is subject to the manufacturer's warranty. Artisticsensations.com
will provide you with contact information for the manufacturer for
repair or replacement. Please note, Artisticsensations.com and the
product manufacturer are not responsible for damage to an item caused
by improper care! You are responsible for understanding how to care
for the items you purchase. If you have any questions, please ask.
Personalized and customized items are not returnable. On all
other items, we will refund, replace or give credit according to
your request less restocking fees. All return shipping costs will
be the responsibility of the buyer. Bedding - Returns and Exchanges

Furniture

Because each piece of furniture is custom ordered from the manufacturer
and ships directly to the customer, we are unable to accept furniture
returns. Should a manufacturers defect arise, artisticsensations.com
will work on your behalf to correct the problem as soon as possible.
