Most of the smaller items as well as some larger pieces will be sent UPS/Fed Ex ground or common carrier. All shipments are fully insured. (In some cases, you may be required to provide documentation of damage with a photo or written statement). This allows us to help you resolve the problem. ONCE A CUSTOMER SIGNS FOR THE SHIPMENT, ARTISTICSENSATIONS.COM IS LIMITED IN ITS ABILITY TO RESOLVE THE SHIPPING CLAIM. Freight/Truck Delivery Larger orders will be shipped by truck line. Please note: When shipped via truck line, there is an additional charge for in-home delivery. Free shipping from Artisticsensations.com includes basic freight charges provide for only destination (curb-side) delivery . With curb-side delivery, you are responsible for transferring the merchandise from the truck to inside the residence or office. If Inside Delivery (having items brought inside the home) is needed, your request for Inside Delivery will assess an additional charge.
