If you should receive a piece you believe to be damaged by shipping, immediately refuse only the damaged item and contact artisticsensations.com via e-mail (link to email) with the following information: your name, phone number, tracking/pro number (if available) and the name of the shipped item. (In some cases, you may be required to provide documentation of damage with a photo or written statement). This allows us to help you resolve the problem. ONCE A CUSTOMER SIGNS FOR THE SHIPMENT, ARTISTICSENSATIONS.COM IS LIMITED IN ITS ABILITY TO RESOLVE THE SHIPPING CLAIM. Freight/Truck Delivery Larger orders will be shipped by truck line. Please note: When shipped via truck line, there is an additional charge for in-home delivery. Free shipping from Artisticsensations.com includes basic freight charges provide for only destination (curb-side) delivery . With curb-side delivery, you are responsible for transferring the merchandise from the truck to inside the residence or office. If Inside Delivery (having items brought inside the home) is needed, your request for Inside Delivery will assess an additional charge. The trucking line will contact you prior to delivery to insure someone is home to receive the merchandise.
